The main objective of ICETA is to provide a platform for researchers, educators as well as related professionals from all over the world to present their research thoughts and achievements in engineering, technology, and applied science. The conference provides opportunities for the delegates to enhance new knowledge and professional skills through interaction with colleagues and peers from different nationalities and backgrounds. We welcome both full-length papers and abstracts. Manuscripts must be submitted online through the conference management system. All submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent peers for technical merit and content. Sapporo is the capital of Hokkaido and Japan's fifth largest city. Sapporo is a dynamic urban center that is famous for a thriving food scene, stylish cafes, neon-lit nightlife, shopping galore. We have arranged a campus tour of Hokkaido University on the morning of August 17th. All participants not only will have a fruitful stay at the conference, but also an enjoyable stay at the city of Sapporo.
